Complex products. Clear digital solutions.

Selected platforms and workflows built around complex products, data and operating realities.

Selected projects show how we turn complex briefs into digital solutions clients continue to run and extend.

A customer portal with AI-assisted workflows

A central workspace connects product and process data from existing systems. AI prepares CMS changes and B2B enquiries, while the customer portal turns the same context into guided product experiences.

The digital backbone for a global life-sciences company

A discovery across teams, markets and systems turned a fragmented digital landscape into one shared blueprint and implementation roadmap. The platform is currently in progress, so there is no public live page yet.

Making a complex neurotechnology product easier to understand

We brought product knowledge, technical inputs and audience needs into one clear structure. AI-supported analysis helped cluster recurring claims, information gaps and dependencies; the team translated those findings into positioning, content priorities, user flows and implementation milestones. From that foundation, we designed and built a digital product platform that makes the product easier to understand and gives Episeras a structured base for future content.

Flash Biolab

Turning a complex manufacturing offer into a guided digital journey

Flash Biolab develops and manufactures capsules, tablets, powders and liquid products. We translated a highly technical service into a clear customer journey: product capabilities, four transparent project phases and an interactive project check that structures new inquiries before the first conversation. The same foundation can support AI-assisted qualification and a future customer portal without rebuilding the experience.

A structured home for a think tank’s research

A German healthcare institute publishing future-readiness assessments and thematic research across ten focus areas. We built the site on an editorial content model so reports and ongoing insight can be published consistently as the body of work grows, instead of every new report becoming a one-off page.

Where we work

One primary market, three familiar contexts.

Our focus is medical technology manufacturing. We also work with adjacent life-science and research organizations when the problem is the same: complex information, fragmented systems and workflows people hold together by hand.

Medical technology manufacturers

Regulated product data, country-specific availability, documents that travel with the product, and buyers who are procurement officers rather than consumers.

Life-science equipment & technical products

Deep technical catalogues, long sales cycles, and product information that has to remain precise while becoming easier to find and use.

Adjacent research organizations

Organizations whose growing body of technical knowledge needs a clear content model, dependable publishing and better retrieval.

Start with the product information and workflows you already have.

A focused Discovery maps what is fragmented, where experts lose time and which solution is worth building first.

A practical first step

Find the right AI starting point.

Align the business case, governance and first implementation—without starting a large programme.
