Most companies publish the legal minimum and hope nobody reads it. We would rather your reviewer found everything they needed before they had to ask us for it.
What we send when you ask
Vendor review in a regulated setting is a real piece of work. These are the things people ask us for, and the address to ask at. We answer with documents, not with a sales call.
Data processing agreement
Send us yours to review and sign, or ask for ours. Either way it is a document, not a clause buried in a proposal.
Sub-processor list for your engagement
The processors named in the privacy notice cover this website. Your system has its own list, and you get it before you sign.
Security questionnaire responses
Send the questionnaire your team already uses. We complete it during onboarding rather than publishing a summary here that would fit nobody's format.
Non-disclosure agreement
Yours or ours, signed before a discovery conversation if that is how your process works.
